Fixed Telecommunications Network's Operations Support System Management Intranet (FTN OSS)

OLT:

	Preprovision all ONTs (as defined in NDD document) within an OLT
	Preprovision ONTs that are not provisioned (as defined in NDD document) within an OLT
	Delete and create VOIPs that are not to standard (incorrect)
	Delete and re-create VOIPs and ONTPOTS that have errors in MGC primary and/or secondary IP values within a OLT to make them match the FTN document MGC IP specifications
	Delete and re-create VOIPs and ONTPOTS for all possible (complete set of) ONTs within a OLT to set VOIPs MGC primary and secondary IPs according to FTN document
	Create missing ONTPOTSes for defined ONTs with a valid Access
	Create ONTPOTSes for all possible (complete set of) ONTs with a valid Access
	Preprovision all ONTs (as defined in NDD document) within an OLT using configure commands

Remove all comments from output

Set ED-SERVICE-VOIP to OOS if applicable
